RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All return item must comply with below conditions:
- Must return the items within 14 days upon items received date.
- Only items that are unaltered, unused entitle for refund or replace.
- Return with its original packaging with items tag/label still attached. If tag or original packaging was removed/detached, item considered sold.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled for a refund or replacement as a result of the exchange/defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
We do reserve the right not to allow the refund of any transactions if condition above is not met. Your item will be post back to you address.
Refunds would take a processing time of 1 – 2 working days after returned products have been received. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 – 14 days.

RETURN CATEGORY
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 2 days with details of the product and the defect.
Kindly return it back in its original condition (read “Return Policy” above) & put a note mentioned defective item together with your return postage detail. It’s our mistake, so the return post will be bare by us.
If the item requested is not available in stock, we may choose to wait until stock is available or refund back your money. If you’d like to exchange to a different item altogether, you just have to pay the differences.
