Tasting Notes
An intense, warm, floral aroma, with an assertive palate and full-bodied malty finish – its distinctive flavour is renowned amongst enthusiasts. Like a single malt whisky, its unique terroir dictates its outstanding autumnal palate and, combined with its limited production season, makes it highly sought after. High in minerals, antioxidants, phenols and flavenoids, its antibacterial properties have been proven to be as effective as Manuka.
Pairing Notes
The ideal complement to any cheese, fruit or charcuterie board. Pair with cheeses such as Grand Cru or French Comté. Harvested October 2019. Great Taste 1-star 2018 Award-winner.
